Was nice a comfy but had a few things wrong

− The toilet was held up by wood and also have to pay 100 security deposit which wasn’t stated on booking.com. They also didn’t have any towels to use which wasn’t great
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LEFT OUT OF POCKET WITH NOWHERE TO STAY AT 8PM.
1.0Nothing unfortunately we weren't given access to the property.
− We booked this property for one night on 6th July. Before arrival, the only communication we received was a Booking.com message requesting payment of a refundable security deposit. We expected the check-in details 24 hours before arrival, as stated when booking, but they never came. There was no follow-up email or phone call, despite this being a company booking. After arriving at 7:30pm, we realised we couldn't access the property until the deposit had been paid. We paid immediately and were told the check-in details would arrive within five minutes. Instead, we were left waiting outside for over 30 minutes. We made multiple calls and messages explaining our engineer had worked a long day and only needed somewhere to sleep before leaving early the next morning. Customer service simply repeated that they couldn't send the details until the payment showed on their system, even though we had provided proof of payment. After nearly 40 minutes, we advised we would not be staying, requested a full refund and booked another hotel. Only then were the check-in details sent. Our refund request through Booking.com has been ignored. The following day, the property manager, Joe, asked if we'd enjoyed our stay, despite knowing we never accessed the property. I asked again for a refund or a complaints email and have received no reply. The lack of communication, poor customer service and refusal to resolve the issue left us out of pocket after paying for alternative accommodation. We were let down at every stage and then completely ignored afterwards. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
Would stay here again.
8.0-Property was clean and tidy -bed was VERY comfortable and overall was a decent little studio -Room was spacious -had good facilities and smelled very nice -There is an Asda just across the road so was very convenient in case you have forgot anything.
− -water pressure in the shower was a bit poor. -hair dryer didn’t work. -could to with a little paint refresh.

I would stay again but by myself so I can lay diagonally but even that is a stretch
6.0The decor is cute and how the window opens all the way and there was a fan I’m not sure if it’s there all year round or because of the recent hot weather however if there was no fan it would of been too hot to stay
− The bed being in the wall is not great if you are tall
