3.0The waiter was nice and helpful - he shared lots of interesting stories about Mayan culture and history. It was also a convenient location close to jungle.
− The room felt unclean and sheets smelled bad.
Stayed March 5-8 2024 and sutisfied very much. Highly recommend!

3.0The river behind the room
− The toilet was not clean, there was not hot water, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the table had mildew
Do not expect too much!
5.0The location was very quiet and in natural environment.
− The room did not correspond to the photo I had seen on the site, rather basic, unattractive.... In the beginning, they even gave me a very basic single room, with no attached bathroom, no fan... until I complained. Eventually they gave me a double room with fan and toilet, but that was still not like the photo. The so-called lake, was a dirty pond, next to the river....
