− We were locked in by a huge gate, couldn’t find staff to let us out; description said there was a restaurant there but there was not so when we wanted to leave to get something to eat we had to walk around the property yelling hello and often had to just wait until we found someone, returning had to walk around complex yelling until someone heard us to let us in VERY INCONVENIENT! Also our Wifi hardly worked ever and our room description said we had a sauna in our room but we did NOT. The one worker only spoke Spanish and he didnt respond to texts or phone calls; very frustrating I am a genius member and I would like to request a discount on this property or a credit on a future property

− Fireplace did not work - lots of smoke got into the room - not the place to go in winter It doesn't operate like a normal hotel (e.g. no reception desk, no restaurant) so be prepared for curfew and a largely DIY approach
