Absage keine 24h bevor die Miete begonnen hätte. Auf die Rückvergütung warte ich immer noch!!!!
1.0− Mir wurde knapp 24h bevor wir das Appartement bezogen hätten mitgeteilt, dass infolge unrepariertem Wasserschaden nicht bewohnbar sei. Dies kurz nachdem die Frist für kostenlose Stornierung abgelaufen war. Bis Heute warte ich trotz mehrmaligen Nachfrage auf eine Gutschrift und Umtriebsentschädigung. Der Wasserschaden war anscheinend schon länger bekannt, wurde aber nicht repariert. Eine Absage 24h vor Antritt finde ich äusserst dreist!
