Die Lage ist super. Dicht an öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe

− Die Wohnung war sehr unsauber. Im Bad hat es widerlich gerochen, Jalousien defekt und klebrig. Einfach dreckig. Die Küche war ebenfalls nicht gereinigt. Den Spühlmaschine war mit schmutzigem Geschirr gefüllt als wir ankamen. Es waren keine Oberflächen abgewischt. Auch hier war es klebrig und unsauber. Die Ausstattung ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben das beste daraus gemacht. Schade es so verkommen zu lassen.

Great location, comfortable bed, it was a good size house in a great location close to everything, they need to work on the cleanliness

− It was really dirty beginning with the entrance, they were ants on kitchen island and got into our stuff, we couldn’t find the light of the bathroom, the curtains of the living area/sofa bed didn’t go down all the way.

Nel complesso voto 7, con piccoli accorgimenti sarebbe top. Consiglio una tenda oscurante, e sostituire quella del bagno

Comoda posizione vicino alla stazione della metro. L’appartamento ampio e ben arredato, dotato di wi-fi. Asciugamani e lenzuola pulite, set di bagnoschiuma e crema corpo.

− La luce forte la mattina, consiglio di cambiare la tenda e metterne una oscurante. La poca pulizia, la scala esterna era sporca e con corrispondenza e cartacce accumulate, i tappeti interni molto sporchi!

Check in was smooth. Host was fast to reply

− Saw reviews before it said something about a mold smell, which is very true. There is also a sly ant problem in the property. As someone who hates insects, I couldn't sleep till I used repellent. As for that if they fix that problem, the place will be good.

appartamento spazioso e ben riscaldato. Wifi e TV buoni.

− il piano seminterrato non era segnalato nell' annuncio. il giardino nel retro era inutilizzabile perché non pulito inoltre si affaccia alla stazione metropolitana. L' appartamento accogliente ma la cucina in particolare ha bisogno di bella pulita.

The apartment was clean and cozy, in a great location near the subway. The neighborhood felt very quiet and safe. Everything looked just like in the photos, and considering it was a basement apartment, it was well-lit.

− The only things that bothered us were the dirty dishes in the kitchen, which we had to wash ourselves, but there was no sponge, and also, when it rained, the light above the entrance would flicker every two minutes, which was very annoying and kept the person sleeping in the living room awake.
