− It was not how it was shown. The receptionist took money online and said it does not matter if you booked online as well you will need to pay in advance otherwise they will give the room to someone else so we had to but it was nothing as shown and when we asked for a refund. He denied. Also he started abusing us and calling me multiple times

I like all the the facilities of the resort specifically the service was very fast and good and the volunteers were also very helpful.
