The place offers luxury, privacy. Excellent service by all the staffs and especially the manager Michael such a professional and problem solver.

The pick-up was punctual, which was expected given the airport is only a 10-minute drive away. Staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout the stay.The property felt safe and well equipped, with facilities such as the water vending machine, electric kettle, toiletries, and air conditioning proving especially useful. Breakfast offerings improved on the second day. A kebab shop opposite Butwani Beach in the Old Town area is particularly delicious and highly recommended for international visitors interested in trying Swahili cuisine.

− Guests generally appreciate having room arrangements completed prior to check-in, as this helps ensure a smooth arrival experience. The check-in process was slightly slower than expected, as payments needed to be completed before accessing the rooms. Got me delayed for traveling to some of the sightseeing options. The property is located in a very remote farmland area, outside Malindi town, and may be less familiar to local residents. Additional services such as transfers were not selected due to higher costs for solo travelers. While local transport options (such as tuk-tuks and bodas) are available from Malindi town, returning to the property, particularly later in the day may require some planning and vigilance. Although no issues were encountered during the stay, the remoteness and travel time may be a consideration for international travelers intending to stay out for extended hours on the beach sites. Clarifying international visitors on the shuttle charges to different sightseeing is recommended. Guiding customers appropriately to the sightseeing locations is also recommended. Options for the breakfast can be improved by allowing guests to choose from the kind of food they might wish for on any given day. Promoting traditional breakfast is recommended without only providing omelets and breads.

The accommodations were stunning—modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. Every corner of the suite exuded luxury, from the plush bedding to the breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline. The entire experience felt like a dream, with amenities and services that went above and beyond my expectations. I particularly loved the seamless blend of comfort and sophistication they provided. Whether it was the exceptional room service, the state-of-the-art facilities, or their attention to detail, everything was flawless. The options of where to take your meals is what I liked most.Breakfast in the room,lunch by the pool side and dinner at the roof top getting a view if Malindi International Airport.

− In future you can have a playground for kids eh bouncing castles,tamporines and play tunnels etc

I didn't need go to Dubai to actually experience Dubai, with 5 star customer service, great food omg
