9.0Comfortable and clean, with a lovely smell throughout the house. A big plus is the air conditioning in the room. The location is also quite good, close to the Colosseum and generally within easy reach of restaurants, the train station, and shops. The hosts were extremely professional and reliable, a solid 10/10! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
