Standard dorm, very complex check-in arrangements, and unhelpful staff.

− Around midday on the day of arrival I received nearly 30 WhatsApp messages from an unknown number giving complex instructions on online check-in procedures 'to speed up' things. We were travelling on a high speed train with no internet connection, but the host insisted we should provide both passport images and credit card data on insecure wifi to even access the building. No other alternative existed, except checking in the official check-in time at 3:00 PM, which we learned about at 7 pm. Such a process involves security risks and is not suitable for anyone travelling and with irregular access to safe internet. Looking for check in information in nearly thirty messages and switching between various windows is not convenient. In trying to solve the issue, the host was most unhelpful and not the least forthcoming. This guest house has nothing to do with 'luxury' - it is clean but a standard dorm level with four or five rooms in a corridor and no permanent staff anywhere (except maybe at 3 pm). Having shampoo and soap in the bathroom does not count as 'luxury' :) When leaving, we got a message asking for positive reviews. Sorry but no, no maximum rating - would not recommend, and would not return.

− Unica nota negativa, poco insonorizzata, purtroppo si sentono molto, ma questo dipende molto anche da che vicini di stanza trovi.
Ho prenotato una stanza per una notte perché dovevo fare un weekend a Roma. Che dire, mi sono trovata benissimo! Intanto
10.0La struttura era ben situata, 10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Check-in automatico, tutto semplicissimo. La stanza era come descritta e il luogo pulito.
