9.0Pros: Clean, comfortable, spacious and modern. Attentive host. Good location, walkable to restaurants and central plaza. Good beds (very important to me). Well appointed and supplied, everything needed was provided. Air conditioners in each room were cold, laundry in unit. Overall very pleased with this place and would recommend!
− Some noise from work on the complex (hosts can't control that). Ran out of hot water a couple times. Suggest a larger hot water heater or better yet and on-demand system.

10.0Todo , es igual de bonito que en las fotos , no falta ningún detalle , hay de todo lo necesario , utensilios de cocina , toallas de playa , mil de ducha , nos hicieron incluso una limpieza extra ya que nuestra estancia fue larga , con respecto a las instalaciones parking propio ,zonas comunes , piscina impecable, y la ubicación extraordinaria, y la propiedad pendiente en todo momento si necesitábamos algo, sin duda un 10 repetiría sin duda
Wonderful Stay in Paradise!
10.0Great location only one block from the ocean front. The owner welcomed us with a well stocked fridge of sparkling water, soft drinks, beer and ice. We really appreciated that is was nicely furnished, clean and a quiet location. Well documented instructions for entry into the property grounds, apartment unit and wi-fi. Huge swimming pool & on-site gated parking. Owner was easy to reach if we had a question.
− Pool repairs were being done during the first three days of our stay until noon. But we were still able to make use of it with a lower water level. But still appreciated on those hot days.

10.0The property was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Everything matched the description perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, all rooms had air conditioning, and the laundry facilities were convenient. The owner was excellent and very helpful. The pool was great, and everything was easily accessible. I truly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to book with them again.
