Everything about the experience was amazing, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Maria Junei,, and Stefano—they were consistently kind, super helpful, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The breakfast was beyond impressive! As someone who appreciates healthy and protein-rich options, I was thrilled by the variety and quality offered, including the delicious à la carte selection included with the meal. Angela (Aggeliki) and Marios provided fantastic, attentive service every morning, making breakfast a daily highlight. In general, every staff member at Axel is remarkably attentive. They have a true gift for hospitality—they literally anticipate your needs the moment you look up! Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay, and a special thanks for the lovely gift at checkout. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Mykonos!

10.0Our stay at Axel Beach Mykonos was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great architecture, modern design, and everything exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The pool is simply amazing, we loved spending time there every day, whether to relax or just enjoy the atmosphere. The location is also perfect: just about a 15-minute walk from Mykonos Town, making it easy to enjoy the city while staying somewhere peaceful. But what truly made this place special was the staff. Every single person, from the reception team to the breakfast staff and the bar, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They didn't just provide great service; they made us feel at home. It's rare to find a team where every single person contributes to such a positive atmosphere, and they truly made this stay unforgettable. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel. Thank you to the whole Axel Beach Mykonos team for making our holiday so special. We can't wait to come back!
