− Mancanza di zanzariere, poca pulizia (ragnatele ben visibili vicino le finestre) e con giornate in cui il caldo ha superato di gran lunga i 30 gradi stare con un solo ventilatore non è stato piacevole Consiglierei di ripristinare il condizionatore presente in casa ma nn funzionante

All in all it was a positive experience and I would go back there again; possibly next year!

Location excellent. Overall it was good for my needs. I can't comment on the internet connection as I did not use it. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. It was easy to gain entrance via a code that unlocked a small box to give you the keys. A possible downside for some was the stairs as it is on the third floor but personally I didn't find it a problem. The washing machine has a super fast 15 min cycle and with the heat the clothes dried fairly quickly.

− The kitchen was good but could be made better with a greater range of utensils.

Warmth and comfort

Clean and all the furniture is very comfortable. Once you get back to home after a tiring trip of the city, the house provides you with comfort and love with direct view on the centre piazza.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all needed things. Also good for families. the only problem for someone might be the stairs
