אכזבה לא שווה את המחיר והזמן
3.0העיצוב בחדר ובחלק החדש של המלון
− כמעט הכל. נתחיל מזה שבאנו כזוג לחגוג יום הולדת וציינו את זה בהזמנה- מהמלון השיבו שישאירו משהו קטן מהם וכמובן שהגענו לחדר לא היה כלום. ירדנו לבריכה או יותר נכון לשלולית עם לא מספיק כיסאות או בכלל מקום להכיל חצי מאורחי המלון. הבריכה מפוצצת באנשים ומשפחות ובלתי אפשרי בכלל להיכנס. בחדר מצאנו כתמים גם על אחת הכריות וגם על אחת המגבות, והניקיון במקלחת היה לוקה בחסר בלשון המעטה. האוכל- פשוט להתרחק. גם עם המגוון הכל נראה לא מזמין וכאילו האוכל הוגש מחדש לאחר 3 ימים, צורת ההגשה מיושנת ולא מזמינה ואיכות האוכל עצמו טעונה לשיפור מאוד. באנו לסופש בטן גב ולפי התמונות המקום היה נראה מושלם, בפועל מדובר במלון למשפחות בעיקר שומרות שבת, שפשוט מתנהל בצורת אכסנייה ופחות כמו מלון. אכזבה מוחלטת.
הייתה גם משפחה אחת שהרסה שם ברברים. אבל בלי שום קשר חדר אוכל בלנ מבחר ואם מסיימים משהו אין מילוי. בריכה סבירה מיטות בברי

− הכניסה דרך תחנת דלק וחומוסיה, בכללי כל התמונות שבבוקינג מתאר כמלון בתאילנד ! המלון מוזנח, אולי חלקו משופץ אבל גם המעליות מגיעות לשום מקום במסגרת השיפוץ. עברנו שלושה חדרים בראשון- חרא של יונים בכל המרפסת ברמה שאי אפשר לפתוח! השני- ישן ומוזר השלישי- לאחר שביקשנו לבטל ולקבל החזר כספי- חרגולים מתים הפוכים, קירות שבורים, כל הספות מטונפות וזה היה בדיוק שהמנקה יצאה מהחדר… הזיה!!!! לא להתקרב
