− My only gripe is there should be thick blackout curtains on the street entrance and the lounge room, not only for privacy but to keep the warmth in, the rooms can get very cold

7.0Beautiful accommodation, highlight was seeing a Penguin in the backyard hearing them under the house.
− Response from owners is good prior to staying however, I need a tax invoice for work purposes & had sent numerous messages through Booking.com, no response, I phoned twice & on the second call, got an answer. Within minutes I had an invoice 🤷🏼♀️
