− Deve e può sicuramente migliorare l'offerta perché la zona è molto bella .La casa non corrispondeva alle foto anche se mi ho avvisato di cambio appartamento a poche ore dall'arrivo. Di fatto ci sono due appartamenti.ma nelle foto ne compare uno, quello bello.Mi aspettavo un caldo ambiente mentre la nuova sistemazioneproprio non lo è.anche se pulita. .Wi-fi non funzionante e zero connessioni dati con più provider, casa umida e pompa calore senza istruzioni d'uso, zero acqua calda perché boiler spento e non si trova interruttore quindi niente doccia. Almeno due bustine di tè le poteva far trovare. 🤷🏽♂️. L'host ha accennato il solo suo dispiacere e non ho ricevuto scuse.

10.0Posizione meravigliosa nel centro della campagna senese ottimo per chi si vuole immergere nelle atmosfere tipiche senesi. Staff eccellente e super disponibile ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Ambienti pulitissimi e ben tenuti.
Si richiede rimborso totale per questa brutta avventura
1.0− La struttura è assolutamente non all’altezza di booking.com per i seguenti motivi: 1) la posizione sulla mappa è errata ed ingannevole 2) la prenotazione era per due camere e due persone 3) Non erano disponibili le chiavi dell’appartamento solo 1 mazzo lasciato appeso all’entrata! 4) Difficile da raggiungere con strada sterrata pericolosa e non manutenuta, nessuna indicazione di notte con stradina pericolosa e difficile da individuare senza un minimo di illuminazione e senza cartelli 5) Sofa Bed tipo cuccia cane senza materasso. Terribile 6) Al check in puzza di fogna intollerabile segnalata via messaggio ai proprietari 7) pagato tassa di soggiorno cash senza ricevuta 8) un cane gira sempre libero nel piazzale , di notte è entrato nell’ appartamento, pericolo per ospiti e per lo stesso cane (buio pesto, taglia piccola, pericolo di schiacciamento con auto) 9) Pulizia approssimativa (capelli nelle lenzuola, calzino abbandonato - foto) Si richiede rimborso totale per questa brutta avventura.

10.0Appartamento accogliente, pulizia accurata, biancheria profumata, ben ristrutturato e arredato molto bene in azienda agricola immerso nelle colline, con vista sulla vallata e sul castello di montarrenti. Proprietario simpatico e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. Bar e ristoranti e supermarket a 4 km.
