Quiet location. Very clean and exceptionally appointed. Would stay again.
10.0The location was great for the purpose of our stay. The area was exceptionally quiet (in a great way!) and the small interactions we had with neighbours were very polite and pleasant. Adelaide is a small city, so getting around is easy and it's only 17 minutes to the CBD, even on a Saturday morning. The property has two bedrooms, one with double and single beds + built ins, the other with a double bed and desk. Free and unlimited internet was welcome. No drop outs while working and taking online meetings during the stay. Linens were fresh and clean (no stray hairs!!). Bathroom was very clean, large and very functional: the host provided clothes washing liquid, clothes basket, drying rack, body wash, plenty of toilet roll, shampoo and conditioner. The instructions on how to use all the appliances are stuck onto them, so you're not looking for instruction books. Kitchen was well appointed and very clean. Small dishwasher with cleaning supplies provided. Kitchen had a great selection of utensils, trivets, pots and pans, cleaning supplies and nescafe coffee pod machine. There were lots of coffee pods to get us started + 1L of milk, too. Foodland + a fruit and veggie shop are close by. It's also pretty close to the Menz Chocolate Factory and Gelato Bello, too :) Covered off-street parking available (just reverse into the spot from the street for ease as parking is tight - this was flagged by the host in the property instructions, so wasn't a surprise). Instructions on how to enter the property, property rules and how to exit on check-out were easy to follow. The host responded immediately when I needed to get in touch. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.
− The smallest of things: we could have done with two bathmats. But honestly, that's just nitpicking at this point. The property was excellent overall.
