Very expesive for what this basement flat has to offer.

Very friendly and accommodating host, good location, spacious and clean.

− Property is a basement flat, very dated inside. The price is definitely too high for what the flat offers. This should be a flat priced at 60€ max. Bathroom has a few things broken (i.e. shower faucet is broken and comes out, making it difficult to use, towel rails are broken and get unstuck). Place inside needs renovation and different painting. There were used products in the fridge i.e. opened milk, opened bottle of wine, used medical spray etc.
