Good location for the beach and great view from balcony

− Kitchen was lacking everyday items, such as bottle opener/corkscrew, pizza cutter, bread knife, limited drink glasses. Apartment is a bit dated, could do with decorating. No instructions on how to operate gate to get car close to apartment to unload luggage. Limited storage in second bedroom and sheet didn't stay on.

el apartamento una maravilla, habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas, disponer de dos baños, cocina supercompleta, la terraza impresionante y la ubicación en primera linea

− falta de limpieza en general, recogida de llaves muy mala, tienes que recogerlas a unos kilómetros del apartamento, nadie te explica nada, dispone de parking pero no te dan las llaves que abren la cochera correspondiente con lo que el coche ha dormido en la calle, nos encontramos al entrar en la cocina un termo electrico desmontado y allí se ha pegado los cuatro días que hemos estado, tumbona de la terraza rota sin poder usarla, tendedor de ropa totalmente oxidado y varias siilas de terraza de plástico también rotas, detalles que te da una mala imagen del cuidado del apartamento.

Views were amazing, good size apartment, good facilities, padel court & pools although it was out of season for us to use the pool, located right by the beach and a great restaurant and bar close by also good supermarket within walking distance

− Collection of the keys was very difficult and a long way from the apartment, you need to have a vehicle to collect the keys!

the apartment is located in a very beautiful neighborhood, it is very spacious and private. you can sunbathe on the balcony, it has two bathrooms and bedrooms, children safety is very high. but unfortunately there were many problems as well..

− apartment was dirty, floors were discussing..there were old cigarettes on the balcony..and the problems with electricity was real issue..it disappeared several times a day..we could not heat up the rooms properly and cook at the same time..it was really annoying and the water heater was not functioning properly as hot water disappears after 5 minutes of showering, we contacted the owner and she said to use it more carefully as it can hold hot water for 4 people, but it was not true, our baby had to go in shower in luke warm water..it got really bad and made me feel like an idiot because seemingly i was spending hot water unnecessarily..but it was not true..but the main thing was floors we had to clean them 4 times so they would be clean…for the money we paid i feel disappointed..
