− The heat in the house ( everywhere but the bedrooms) but it was still beautiful and unique.

BUGS! AWFUL COMMUNICATION!

− -bugs in the bed and cockroach in the bathroom -beds were mot comfortable -owner sent us to a different apartment than we paid for -the washing machine was broken the entire stay -handyman entered without notice and without permission -we saw the handyman on the last day and he apologized for the insects and said theyre getting an exterminator so our room should have never been an option if they need an exterminator -owner contacted us privately through iMessage not through booking.com as to avoid the company knowing they sent us to a different address -property we were given did not look anything like the pictures

10.0We loved our stay here. There is so much space, it was very clean, and the host was very accommodating. The location is fantastic - close to the best beaches and 12 minutes from Old San Juan. (One beach is just a few blocks away.) There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance as well!
