It was end of December, so I was very happy with the heating facilities, piping hot water in shower, very, very comfortable bed plus a sofa that opens to small double bed too. Close to beach, apartment on 3rd floor accessed by lift or the wide staircase. Close to shops, restaurants, several hairdressers including a ladies hair salon on the ground floor in same building. I used them for a quick wash & blow-dry and was very happy with the price and result.

− Oven was dirty, but everything else was spotless clean. Sometimes lift not working, but landlord sorts it out very quickly once I texted.

The bed is super comfortable, apartment very close to the beach and can be seen from the balcony, owner is very quick to respond to requests, fully furnished with clean linen/towels, very close to shops & restaurants, taxi nearby very cheap & fast to central city/marina/shopping malls. I have stayed in this apartment 3 times, it is my first choice always. Cute comfortable easy access to surrounding areas. Beach is sandy with tide is in most of the time. Even large bottle of drinking water provided. Apartment on 3rd floor, but lift available.

− Cleaner does not always deep clean oven, but everywhere else is clean. Lift sometimes out of order on my last stay, but landlord actioned as soon as I texted her.

Cute modern studio apartment with everything you need for a beach apartment stay. Well equipped and had extras such as bottled water, some toiletries. Close location to sandy beach just a 2 minute walk away and can be seen from apartment balcony. Close to a corner shop, restaurants & ice cream parlours. Good amount of bed linen and towels available. Apartment building has a lift. Owner was flexible with check in & check out time by arrangement and was attentive to any query, always responding quickly.

− The hired cleaner needs to pay more attention to details of cleaning beds and shower screen as well as to the general overall presentation of this cute pretty apartment. A note should state where guests can dispose of rubbish bags (in the big grey metal bin stationed across the street) from the apartment. A small bin next to toilet is needed, as generally the drains do not accommodate toilet paper being flushed down the toilet.
