We really liked the location, as well as the spacious living room and balcony. The apartment felt comfortable overall.

− For taller guests, showering might be a bit challenging. We understand that the space is limited, but the shower is extremely small and narrow.

− Where to begin? Property is very tired and not maintained, the owner is clearly only after the money ( overpriced too) but is not interested in upkeep and maintenance. Broken mosquito nets on all balcony doors added to lack of air inside, but as i was there during wet season, i had a choice of stuffiness or swirling packs of blood suckers. When asked about nets, i was told by the management agency that they are “waiting to have them fixed”, i looked back and they were broken back in August 25, so its soon a year of “waiting”. Bathroom is poorly maintained, grime in corners. Cleaner left on the shelve a refill bag for soap, and other than an old bottle of strange liquid, no toiletries were provided. The shower curtain was disgusting, it was dirty on the bottom and as the shower is tiny, there is no space between self and an old curtain, it was clinging to wet body parts, clearly not my idea of aesthetics. After i complained, management agency bough the cheapest ( most atrociously coloured) shower curtain that stank of plastic for days to come. The cherry on top was that broken coffee machine ( some horrid, cheap item, that was clearly made to be falling apart even if it would have made a coffee) and for the whole 10 days i got no coffee in house, had to either boil one or walk to the nearest coffee shop. Special note for the location: it is not a “quiet street” by any means. Its the local neighbourhood main road with busses, trucks and constant traffic, so if one is seeking a quiet location, this is not it. Neighbours are not friendly. They smoke in doors and out doors and the smoke comes in to the aptmnt through internal vents and from the balcony. Constant feel that neighbours are part of your life, as they make comments about closing of the doors, lights, door mat, etc. it was made very clear that neighbours dont like the idea of foreigners in their building. Over all falsely advertised, poorly maintained complete rip off.

− Le logement n’était pas propre. Traces de graisse sur les murs de la cuisine. Réfrigérateur salle. Il a fallu laver la vaisselle avant de pouvoir l’utiliser. Fuite d’eau dans la cuisine avec de l’eau sur le sol. J’ai constaté la plate-forme. Une personne est venue contacter mais la fuite n’a pas été réparée.
