Tylko lokalizacja.

− Obiekt bardzo brudny. Wszędzie pajeczyny dosłownie w każdym pomieszczeniu, nie pościerane kurze, pościel poplamiona. Wyposażenie kuchni również kiepskie- brak chociażby deski do krojenia czy czajnika do zaparzenie kawy czy herbaty. Kuchenka elektryczna tak zasyfiona że jak próbowaliśmy zagotować wodę na herbatę czy kawę (w jedynym dostepnym garnku) to smród z palników na cały obiekt. Klimatyzacja nie wydolna- chyba nie dobijana nigdy czynnikiem. Pisałem kilka godzin przed przyjazdem o możliwość wcześniejszego meldunku o jedną godzine i dostałem odpowiedź że jak będzie gotowy to mi udostępnia. Jak juz dojeżdżałem na miejsce i ponownie zapytałem juz nie uzyskałem odpowiedzi. W końcu zameldowalem się w obiekcie dopiero około godziny 15. Bardzo utrudniony kontakt z personelem w recepcji bardzo niemili i bark komunikacji w języku angielskim co raczej powinno być w dzisiejszych czasach standardem w recepcj. Jedyne mile osoby to obsługa restauracj, w tym dziewczyna mówiąca po angielsku która wskazała nam nasz "apartament".(w innym miejscu meldunek w innym apartament i klucze). Obiekt ma potencjał ale trzeba o niego zadbać a przede wszystkim posprzątać. Nie jest to obiekt godny polecenia.

Spacious apartment, 4 separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you can hear the waves on the lake. A nice, clean beach next to the building, restaurant downstairs, bakery and shops nearby.

− Steep staircase to enter the flat, be carefull with small kids or the elderly.

Duży apartament, nowoczesne sypialnie w samym centrum, blisko Balatonu.

Old apartment in need of renovation at a beautiful location.

The location was the best, directly at the beachfront. The restaurant on the ground floor was appreciated too, the meals were tasty.

− The apartment is in the attic under the hot roof and above the hot restaurant kitchen, you can't survive there without air-conditioning. There is only one small air condition unit in the living room for the whole apartment and you need to pay an extra fee to get the controller to turn it on. Even though we turned it on upon arrival (3 pm) we couldn't sleep until 4 am because of the heat (and a bit of the smell of burned oil from the kitchen). P.S. If you don't like spiders, choose another accommodation.
