Good location, well-sized rooms with nice view from the terrace.
9.0The view from the terrace is really nice. The rooms are comfortable and the living area is well-sized. Overall, it's a very nice apartment, located 3 minutes from the ocean and 10 minutes from Playa Amadores by car. Endang is a great host!

− Complesso Delmeza beach.Complesso di 40 anni in forte decadimento,case popolari.Descrizione non veritiera.Ascensore non funzionante,appartamento pieno di umidità e muffa,camera da letto senza parete fissa collegata con un ripostiglio scavato nella roccia.Sporcizia,odori nauseanti,insetti di ogni genere,puzza terribile nell’appartamento.Si arriva attraverso una strada a una corsia a strapiombo in mezzo della montagna che frana! Dopo aver fatto una segnalazione a Booking siamo scappati in quanto non sarebbe possibile continuare in un posto così orribile! Vacanze nelle case popolari. Il peggior posto che abbia mai trovato su Booking. Siamo fortemente amareggiati e ci sentiamo truffati da questo proprietario.

8.0Appartamento ben ristrutturato con vista sul mare all'interno di un complesso residenziale che necessità di un po' di manutenzione L'host è stato comunque sempre reattivo alle mie richieste.
− Nota negativa è che per raggiungere l'appartamento dal parcheggio superiore bisogna fare parecchie rampe di scale non agevoli sia in discesa che in salita la manutenzione dell intero residence è da rivedere,questa è una informazione che andrebbe data visto che gli ascensori non sono agevoli quindi sconsiglio a persone con scarsa mobilità e non atleticamente preparati. Serve un auto assolutamente
Great place with a nice view
7.0We loved the balcony and view. We loved that it was walking distance to Playa del Tauro (best beach in our opinion, nice sand and not overcrowded by hotels and tourism). Also very easy bus connections from there all around the island.
− The lift was broken so we had to carry heavy luggage up 290 steps. We are fit and active people so didn’t mind walking up and down in general during our stay but it was very tricky with the luggage and I can imagine some people would really struggle climbing the stairs.
