I regret booking Reros, I cancelled the remaining 2 nights because after reporting electric fault which literally shocke

− The host was nonchalant, poor communicator, just not organised and rude when I reported faulty electric fault which literally shocked us. She put our lives in danger, knowingly. Even after reporting that the shower and all water in all basins shocked us, she did nothing about it. Never bothered to get a professional electrician just expect some drunk uncle manning the property to solve the electricity issue. I cancelled the remaining 2 nights of 4 booked and requested a refund. She dropped the call on my ears when I requested a refund and she never bothered to apologise for the inconvenience caused and for putting our lives in danger. She is too unprofessional and uncaring to be on booking.com
