Great location and well equipped.

The location was great! The store was right down the road and close to the highway. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is super comfy!

− The hand soap and shower wash was watered down. It’s such a small but important thing to replenish hand soap and shower wash. The yard has overgrown weeds right up to the steps and the decks are covered in debris. The house is really nice but to enjoy the outdoors, the yard and deck need to be cared for. A leaf blower and rake would make this stay a 10!

Overall, it was fine.

Close to town. Owner was very responsive and cooperative.

− A few amenities were not available, but nothing that was bad. Outside of property could have been cleaned up. I think instructions of how to operate the Air and Heating settings would have helped.

The location.

− We were so excited to stay at this place. The reviews were great. But, we were disappointed the minute we got there. It has a garage, so wouldn't you think you could park in there? Apparently not. Within minutes of arriving, we got a message saying we couldn't park in the garage and to not move furniture. I was like, what are you talking about? We haven't moved any furniture. They obviously had cameras. I asked what furniture because the only cameras we saw were outside in the driveway. They didn't respond back. They had 2 patios, and we couldn't sit in either, because they were so dirty. I was going to hose the big one down because we really wanted to sit outside, but it was filthy. I didn't because we had already got scolded to not park in the garage and not move furniture, which was an interesting comment or request. I get the garage fine. Anyways get to our rooms, and there was spiders and a few ants. I mentioned that in my reply to I guess the rental manager. As I said, there was no response about that. The fridge was dirty, the counter tops were dirty, and the glasses we went to use were dirty as well. Then we even went to sit at the table, but that was dirty. Then the stools were some what broken too. You had to be careful not to fall off. For the money we paid, we expected the outside to be usable, and yes, we are in the outdoors and expect bugs, but again, for that money, we expected a bit more. The only thing that was a plus was its location to everything. Sorry for parking in your garage and not sure what furniture you were talking about, because we didn't move anything. And if you have cameras inside, it's illegal. You might want to check your house every now and then to see what needs fixing. Especially for the money you want people to pay. It's a nice place if it was cleaner. At least the bedding and towels were clean.

The house is exceptional, so clean and comfy. My kids love their rooms coz it's spacious and the bunk beds are a plus. The property owner is so nice. Surely we recommend this place and would love to come back and stay here for our future trip to Yosemite.

− My only issue is that our bed is super comfy and soft, that's why I slept like a log. 😃

Would definitely come back!

Location is very nice and quiet. Place was very clean.

− We wanted to cook some meals. The only issue we had was dealing with the dull knives.
