10.0So comfortable particularly the bed. Immaculately clean and everything you could possibly need for a homely stay. A lot of thought has gone into the property with decoration and furnishings. Really friendly hosts and a really convenient location with everything you could want on your doorstep. Will definitely be returning next year.

10.0Brilliant location 2 mins (walk) from bus and train station. So easy to get around cornwall. The staff were excellent and were always there to help with anything.The room was excellent and very clean has everything you could wish for and it's very clean.
