Lovely stay at River Exe Cottage

− It would have been nice to have been told before hand that there was a £30 waiver fee for any damage made or a refundable £250. Also could do with a non slip mat in the bath for when showering. The shower screen has no rubber slip under it so there was so leakage when showering, but it was wiped up straight away though, no issues really.
Pleasant good base but very “cosy”
7.0Surprising amount crammed into a very compact space. Ideal for 3 people or 2 couples just for a couple of nights but would be tight for any more! Good pub food next door
− Outside area could have done with a clean and spruce up. No terrestrial Tv channels available Would have been useful to know in advance that parking is a 15 min walk away

8.0L’appartamento è molto carino e davvero ben fornito! Ha una terrazzina super, che noi non abbiamo usato ma che in estate dev’essere un bojoux. I letti sono comodissimi
− A malincuore devo ammettere che la pulizia sarebbe un po’ da rivedere. Noi abbiamo trovato una macchia lilla sulle lenzuola (sembrava vino) e una lumava enorme sul muro del bagno.

6.0La literie, l'emplacement proche du centre, le resto juste à côté.
− La propreté laisse clairement à desirer, vraiment petit pour une famille de 5 personnes, on est sur le stricte minimum au niveau de l'équipement de cuisine, pas de quoi faire un café le matin, les espaces extérieur ne sont clairement pas des espaces utilisables. Devoir se garer à 10min à pieds n'est pas pratique. Pas de table de salle à manger. Pas de lave vaisselle. Bref, pas hyper pratique en famille avec des enfants.
