Didn’t like the first room we were shown so were offered a larger suite. This could have been great but was not clean. F

− Dirty accommodation. The accommodation has great potential and worth a bit of cleaning and TLC could be great. Smell was awful in the room although bed was clean and comfortable.

− Very Dirty hotel, I won't recommend even one night to spend there. It starts with the entrance, which is also the dining room, floor full of stains and dirt. You go up the stairs to the room and also dirty like didn't clean for months. In the room itself the floor also full of stains and dirt, all the closets has dust on it. When we checked the sheets it also was dirty as they probably didn't replaced them The bathroom and shower was also not clean- the mirror full of stains, the sink surrounding was with old toothpaste stains, dirt on the floor. Not hygienic place at all. We asked them to change the sheets and clean but still, their standards are very low.
The accommodation was OK but fell short of our expectations based on what was on booking.com.
5.0They allowed us to do an early check-in at 5am for a minimal charge as we had come in on a sleeper bus and the lady host was absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond to buy English tea bags especially for us.
− Our room had no shower cubicle as we had expected and no window, just a wet room that left everything in the bathroom soaking wet. It should be clear when booking that there is no window. The host moved us to a different room with a window and a shower cubicle. The next day he said they were fully booked, so would we mind changing hotel - we refused having said we booked the accommodation last year so he agreed but then moved us from that room to another as that room had two beds and he needed it for other guests - the new room had no window! It did have a shower cubicle, but it leaked badly (as did the second room), so again a very wet bathroom floor. The breakfast was very basic. Bread and eggs. I wouldn't mind except that the photos shown on Booking.com gave the impression of a somewhat different offering. We borrowed free bicycles and they left a lot to be desired - pretty much no brakes, one of the saddles fell off, one of the chains kept coming off - poor maintenance.
