Prachtig verblijf op een uitstekende locatie!

We waren met 3 stellen (ouders en volwassen kinderen met aanhang), het huis voldeed uitstekend aan onze verwachtingen en leent zich zeer goed voor 6 personen. De locatie is echt uitstekend: op loopafstand van een mooi strand, het station, een supermarkt en een aantal restaurantjes. De tuin is echt schitterend en we hebben met veel plezier gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Verder is er een overkapping met een grote barbecue en een ruime tafel. Al met al zeer goed bevallen. De hosts zijn allemaal uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het verblijf hier is een aanrader!

− 2 van de banken zakken door en we konden de pooltafel niet gebruiken. Daar we vrijwel altijd buiten waren geen groot gemis, maar met name de pooltafel was leuk geweest.

Het ontvangst en communicatie met contactpersoon Jose en zijn tips... De tuinman Ari met zijn mand vol fruit! en zijn onderhoud van het zwembad... De locatie, het zwembad, de ruimte, dichtbij het strand...

− Bij het ontvangst was de koelkast leeg, wij hadden iets verwacht van een welkoms drankje of zoiets... Een bank in de grote kamer zakt door. Eigen wc papier kopen. De borg is niet €200,- contant, maar €500,- Je kon niet streamen naar de tv...

L'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes (José, Ari et la charmante propriétaire), en un seul mot : TOP pour la maison avec piscine et jardin, ,on avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait (2 adultes et 2 ados) .

Fabulous accommodation in perfect location for access to Lisbon and the stunning Carcavelos beach.

This rental property is the ground floor of a magnificent house with a top class swimming pool. The property comfortably sleeps six in generous sized bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one twin single bedded). Modern kitchen equipped with every modern appliance except a dishwasher. Large lounge diner and comfortable sitting room with large screen TV offering Netflix and other streaming services. The property is five minutes from a fabulous beach with bars and restaurants and five minutes from the railway station with trains to Lisbon and Cascais every few minutes. Gardens are delightful and are maintained by a daily visit from the gardener who also looks after the pool. Dedicated barbecue is great for evening dinner just as other outside dining options were used by us regularly. Beach, Lisbon, great transport links. This place was just exactly what we wanted for our first visit to Portugal. It is great!

Logement exceptionnel : Spacieux, confortable, situé à 10min à pied de la plage, piscine, cuisine d'extérieur avec barbecue. Personnel très agréable. C'était parfait ! 👌

My family loved the Yucca House!

The Yucca House was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment, which is the ground floor of the property, comfortably sleeps 6. The location is 5 star. It's a 5 minute walk to Carcavelos Beach in one direction and a 5 minute walk to the train station in the other. Lisbon is an easy 35 minute train ride. We had a great time at the Yucca House. The back yard and swimming pool are TOP! Thank you so much to Jose and Rita! They were perfect host and available 24/7. I highly recommend staying at the Yucca House. Ryan
