Appartamento vicino al mare e alla Valle dei templi.
7.0Vicinanza al mare. Comodo per visitare la Valle dei templi che dista 15 minuti di auto. Parcheggio davanti a casa. Struttura un po datata ma pulita.

9.0Pasamos solo una noche para que no fuera tan cansado ir de Siracusa a Palermo y poder visitar al valle de los templos. Muy cómodo y con aire o ventilador en todas las habitaciones.

6.0+ La localisation de l'endroit, face à la mer (2min à pieds) + La réactivité de l'hôte face à un problème d'air co.
− - Infrastructure viellissante, surtout au niveau de la SDB et de la literie. - Problèmes d'électricité (plomb qui sautent régulièrement) et manque d'eau => Même si résolu partiellement par le propriétaire avec le remplacement d'un air co. - Gestion à faire entre l'uitlisation des appareils électriques (Air co, machine à laver, seche cheveux, etc..) afin de conserver l'électricité dans l'appartement. - Des puces de lit ont été retrouvés dans une des chambres nous contraignant le dernier jour à investir dans des produits de traitement et de nettoyer tous nos vetements pour éviter d'en ramener chez soi. Le tout sans aucune réaction de l'hôte. - le rapport qualit/prix (1900€/10 nuits) pas au rdv au vu de la situation.

If you want a comfortable low demand simple place to stay this is a great example.
10.0We were greeted at the front door and it just got better from there. It was immediately apparent the host understood how to make you at home. I have visited and stayed in many places I don’t look for fancy I look for the warm comfort of a home.
