4.0Design of the apartment, TV
− The apartment isn't as perfect as on photos. It is situated in a noisy area and to sleep there is hard. The cooker didn't work and the fridge had unpleasant smell and freezed the products instead of keeping them cool. In addition we booked apartment for three persons and the owner presented towels only for two, the same with bed sheets and decent pillows. The bed sheets were old and had pills( overall it wasn't the best experience with renting apartments even if the owner was nice and friendly

− Sehr hellhörig, beim Duschen lief das Wasser leider auf den Boden, die Couch hat es hinter sich 😉

4.0Die Lage ist schön! Allerdings muss einem klar sein: leise ist es am Wochenende nicht. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Für eine (Party)Nacht ist die Wohnung okay.
− Es stimmt insgesamt einfach überhaupt nicht: Je länger man da ist umso mehr fallen diverse Mängel auf: Die Wohnung ist definitiv nicht sauber geputzt gewesen (und ich bin nicht pingelig): Klebrige Flecken auf den Böden, Flecken auf Teppichen und Sofa, Lampen extrem verstaubt, Spüle nicht sauber usw. usf. Dazu: ein komplett unbrauchbares Sofa das hier schon x mal bemängelt wurde, aber offensichtlich nicht ausgetauscht wird. Ein Hausflur der das dreckigste ist was ich je gesehen habe. Übermalte abgerissene Tapete und ein Ausblick nach hinten zum abgewöhnen. Ich wäre gern hier öfter gekommen, aber auf gar keinen Fall. Die guten Bewertungen stellen nicht den aktuellen Zustand realisitisch dar.
