The bed sheets wasn’t clean - absolutely appalling- very disappointed at cleanliness - very poor standard

Location only and size

− It wasn’t ultra luxury- so we didn’t get what we paid for - there was a smell of cannabis on the balcony and hall ways from neighbours. The balcony was dirty and tired with soaking wet fake grass - The bed sheets was not clean and fresh and the property is tired and needs lots of repairs. I would not recommend this property and it’s definitely misleading as it isn’t ultra luxury

The view from the property is beautiful even on a dull wet day! The sound of the sea from the bed is so lovely

− Could do with a little tlc, but spoke with them about a few minor faults, but didn’t spoil our anniversary stay!

Miss leading there is no BBQ and kitchen not fully equiped.

Location was great and easy parking although we had to squeeze pass a line of bins with only an inch of space to get in and out.

− Not clean at all, dust, spiders and dirty cutlery, plates. Very little for a kitchen which says it is fully equipped. No cheese grater! We brought coals for the BBQ it claimed to have. Was absolutely disgusting so no BBQ. Wardrobe doors with mirrors kept coming off, rails fell off as soon as we hung one garment on. Very poorly maintained unfortunately. Not at all what I was expecting as I have stayed here before and loved it. Disappointed!

The location was fabulous and so close to the lovely beach.

− The property was filthy. This had not been cleaned between stays. So many things were broken and for a luxury apartment this was not acceptable. It’s tired and dated it needs to be maintained in all aspects. I contacted the owner who didn’t care and didn’t even bother to reply to my 2nd email. Would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Which is a shame as I think it has huge potential to be a luxury apartment. I would never stay again and for what we got I do not think it was value for money. I wanted a luxury clean apartment to stay in with my family. I did not get this.

Spacious penthouse apartment ideal for friends/family. A great location with excellent sea and promenade views. Excellent east facing good sized balcony

− Faulty boiler meant no hot water at all for the duration of our stay 🤬 No response from staff on this important issue, or on our request for an earlier check-in other than an automated message 🤬 Poorly maintained property with many things faulty, broken, or dirty 🤬

False advertising to say ultra luxury. it is very dirty, tired in need to refurbishment

− It was dirty, black mold in the bathrooms, bathroom sink didnt work, rubbish on the balcony, unemptied ash trays, food stains from previous tenants, peeling paint. General disrepair, should be delisted.
