5.0Squeaky floorboards were very annoying as was the broken shower head. Lack of forks was also an inconvenience. House was comfy enough but needs some serious TLC. A very small investment would have made a difference.

8.0The house was comfortable and located well for our needs with facilities close by with a lovely local pub serving food and several takeaways within 2 minutes walk away.
− Nothing of concern, but be aware that taking a pet, a surcharge does apply.
As holiday let owners ourselves we felt it wasn’t compliant. Curtain rail was falling down. Beds were comfy
