1.0This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the service was extremely disappointing. Staff were unprofessional and unresponsive to complaints. Basic things like cleanliness and customer service were clearly ignored. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to others.
