10.0Would definitely stay here again. Near the pedestrian street of shopping and food. Room was nice and clean with comfy bed and automatic curtains and toilet. Shower was strong and I appreciated the free laundry in the basement and the available coffee and tea in the lobby. Only drawbacks are fine for me, but may not be for light sleepers is the wall is paper thin, and you can hear muffled conversations in the next room. I had earplugs so it was fine. Also, Elder customers may have trouble with the step up to the sink and the step up to the toilet sections Again fine for me, but not necessarily for my parents if they stayed there

10.0Beautiful rooms. I fell in love immediately and booked 2 more nights. Auto flushing toilet. Automatic drape open & close by command. Lovely decorated with antique bathtub & chair. extremely large shower and private bathroom. The staff was delightful. Many wonderful dining places within 5 minutes walk. there are 2 banks nearby, lots of convenience stores, shopping malls and night market. walking distance to West lake and many boat riding options. Truly wonderful experience. A (5 star hotel) at $35! I felt very much at home. highly recommended.
