1.0Die Lage war sehr schön.
− Es war nicht sauber. Schimmel im Bad. Geschirr dreckig. Die Wohnung wurde nicht beheizt. Die Bettwäsche passte nicht auf die Matratze. Das Kopfkissen war gelblich verfärbt, ebenso die Matratze fleckig.
Die Anonymität des Hauses und der Siedlung lässt eher an einen kurzen Aufenthalt denken.
6.0Es war sauber. Die Fußboden Heizung machte den Wohnbereich angenehm warm.
− Das Apartment war sehr klein und die Ausstattung eher kalt und nicht sehr gemütlich. Das Bad war sauber, aber in den Ecken merkte man den 60er Jahre Standard. Dafür war dann der Spreu zu hoch.
