10.0Tutto. Al centro di las americas. Con tutti i negozi all interno. Parcheggi e esci a piedi e hai tutto super vicino. Stanze molto accoglienti. Servizio stupendo

− The last morning they cut the palm trees and we woken up to a huge mess out front and couldn’t use the pool or garden only gave us notice of a email the night before putting a bit of a dampener on the day not great really.

− WARNING BEFORE BOOKING PARQUE SANTIAGO III The hotel had almost 4½ hours to clean, inspect and prepare our three-bedroom ocean-view villa, yet it was handed over with numerous faults that ruined the final part of our holiday. Be aware that neither Booking.com nor the hotel’s own website clearly states that villa options below the four-bedroom category do not have built-in air conditioning in the bedrooms. Guests must instead rely on rented portable units. Our villa had: * Exposed live electrical wires that sparked twice and caused complete power cuts. * No working air conditioning in any of the three bedrooms. * Portable AC units and cables creating safety and trip hazards. * A blocked shower, no shampoo or shower gel, and a fridge that did not cool properly. * A TV that was not connected for Netflix or YouTube. I had to investigate and fix it myself, only to find the internet cable had not even been plugged in. Engineers and staff repeatedly entered the villa throughout our three-night stay, destroying our privacy and rest. We spent over £2,000 on this stay, after already spending approximately £4,500 with them the previous week. This was our first family holiday since my mother passed away, and what should have been a peaceful and meaningful break became one of the worst holiday experiences we have ever had. Despite everything: * No manager called us back. * No senior member of staff contacted us to acknowledge or empathise with what we had experienced. * No proper resolution was provided. Be very careful when booking with this company, because there is a great deal that is not clearly disclosed, and our experience showed very little care once payment had been taken. Overall score: 1 out of 10.
