Vista maravilhosa, localização excelente, dimensões muito boas
10.0A localização é excelente, a 10 minutos (a pé) do centro, vista predominante, para praticamente toda a envolvente, principalmente para o rio e margem oposta e a encosta da universidade, um T1 no 8º andar, de dimensões muito boas, todo equipado, um grande terraço, equipado, com uma mini-piscina, localizado junto a uma ponte pedonal que permite atravessar a avenida, e até à margem oposta do rio (perto de Santa Clara), e próximo a uma paragem do Metro Mondego
