Tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung, toller Balkon

Très grand appartement, très confortable, très propre, proche métro et au calme. Je recommande !

Très grand appartement, très confortable et bien conçu. 2 salles de douche avec WC + 1 WC séparé. Très nombreux placards de rangement La literie est très bonne, y compris sur le canapé lit. Tout semble très récent, en très bon état et très propre Terrasse incroyablement grande, avec une grande table ou on peut manger facilement à 8, + un grand barbecue (au gaz) + des chaises longues et un salon d'extérieur. Peu de vis à vis extérieur, l'appartement est au dernier étage Cuisine séparée du salon et qui donne aussi sur la terrasse. C'est très pratique pour pouvoir manger sans réveiller les leve-tard, y compris ceux sur le canapé-lit du salon ! Cuisine très bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle (excepté la vaisselle, cf les points négatifs) Appartement bien placé : station metro à 10mn à pied sur la Ligne bleue, la plus grande, celle qui va directement de l'aéroport au Pirée . Environnement immeuble calme, avec boulangerie, petit supermarché et quelques petits cafés restaurants La propriétaire (ou gestionnaire), Eleni, est très réactive et très aimable. Très bonne communication via WhatsApp

− L'équipement vaisselle/verres/assiettes/plats est un peu juste pour 8 personnes. La notice pour faire fonctionner le distributeur glaçons/eau fraiche et frigidaire congélateur n'était pas claire Ascenseur mais pas d'accès PMR pour entrer dans l'immeuble (1 escalier d'une quinzaine de marches pour arriver à l'ascenseur) 1 seul exemplaire de clé remis. Nous étions 8 adultes, un second jeu (voire 3) aurait été appréciable

Everything was exactly as described. The apartment is huge, well-lit with spacious common areas, as well, not to mention the terrace! 3 bedrooms (all have terrace access!), 3 bathrooms/2 showers, perfect for a friend group or a bigger family. There are many cafés and bakeries nearby, so is a (I believe) 24 hour convenient store. The metro station is approximately 10 minutes away and you can get on a line that takes you to downtown or also to the airport. Elena was great, she answered all our questions and she even managed to give us a late check out which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spacious apartment with great appliances! It was probably initially designed for living, but not for renting as it had been renovated with quite expensive things like drying machine and new furniture.

− Some stuff (like chair) were broken/scratched because of careless handling by previous tenants.... One more thing that spoiled stay was misinformation about bbq, initially it was confirmed as ready to use with coal, but actually bbq is supplied with gas ballon. When we arrived it turned out that we cannot use coal for this bbq and the gas ballon was empty. We needed to urgently change our cooking plans as we had already got meat and fish for grill.
