9.0Riktigt fint boende i Gamla stan, nära till stranden och centrum. Bra kök, luftkonditionering och fläktar, badrum och sovrum.
− Saknade balkong men det är få boenden som har det i Gamla stan.

9.0Ha estado todo bien. Limpio,recien reformado, cama grande,la playa esta cerquita. Cocina completamente equipada que es oro para quien viaja con niños.
− Un poquito oscuro, humedad (pero hay maquinas antihumedad).
Great base for few days exploring Villajoyosa and surrounding area.
8.0Location, in the heart of the old town easy access to restaurants and bars . Tram station an easy 10 minute walk away . 5 minutes into town or promenade Fully equipped quirky self catering accomodation, spotlessly clean . All measure been taking to reduce moisture with dehumidifiers in every room .
− You have to appreciate its a very old building as mentioned by others there is a problem with damp but measures are in place to minimise this .

10.0El apartamento es muy bonito, es un duplex. Totalmente renovado, muy limpio. Muy cómodo, dos baños. Está totalmente equipado, horno, lavadora,........, hasta máquina de café y tostadora. 2 TVs. En la parte vieja de Villajoiosa, a pocos minutos de la playa.

9.0Great location, close to the beach, tram, stores and other nice places. Clean and comfortable beds. Good kitchen with everything we needed.
− Somewhat loud neighbors. I think they did a renovation of their apartment.
