− Do not book this property otherwise, you will be stranded. I booked this property for one night. The host didn't send the code... switched off his/ her phone and we were left stranded after a 5-hour drive from London. Very bad experience!!
Didn’t happen as cancelled by them with hours notice after booking months in advance. Ruined my trip
1.0Stay cancelled by venue 8 hours before arrival at 02:15 in the morning. They then sent me a link to cancel the stay! offered me a discount when i book again as compensation! No help to find another place to stay a perfect stay for the Rugby nearly ruined. pretty sure it was to get more money for the room as demand was so high in the whole area. Would not trust to book again.

Ruined weekend
1.0Absolutely nothing. We could not enter the property and waited outside for 4 hours. No reply to several calls to the given number. Eventually we were forced to pay for alternative accommodation. Outrageous disappointment.
− Please return all of my money immediately. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and deceitful.

− Straight in the door and you're at the bedroom/living room. Shower wasn't working and was told it was too late to get someone out to fix it. Was offered the shower to the other flats and the lights didn't work so couldn't see. Poor experience all round

10.0The apartment was absolutely beautiful for the price and location. I was very surprised at it actually. I was not expecting it to be as beautiful as it was. Could do with a bigger TV for the size of the room, but other than that it was perfect.
