9.0Sehr gut ausgestattetes und geräumiges Appartement über 2 Etagen mit kleinem Südbalkon (für 2 Personen). Ruhig nah am Museumshafen gelegen. Optimal für (Rad)Touren in die Stadt und die Umgebung. Schöner Blick auf den Ryck und den Yachthafen. Parkplatz und Fahrradkeller inklusive. Wir denken durchaus über einen neuen Besuch nach.
− Das einzige Manko ist, dass der oben gelegene 2. Schlafraum zum darunter liegenden Wohnbereich hin offen ist. Das erklärt das Rating ( nur 9 von 10).
