9.0The reception lady was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and provided excellent customer service. The check-in process was smooth, and her warm attitude made our stay more pleasant.
− We were disappointed because the listing stated that breakfast was included, but when we arrived, we were informed that there was no breakfast at all. It would be helpful if the information provided to guests was accurate to avoid confusion and disappointment.

5.0− The beds are very uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning. The was so much noise from people talking in the corridor. No one helped us with our bags.

− It was clean but very cold at night so maybe they can add heaters to each and every room especially in winter
