10.0Wir haben für das Ende unserer 2wöchigen Japanreise nach einem Hotel für einen entspannten Onsen-Hotel in Nähe unseres Flughafens Fukuoka gesucht. Dabei stießen wir auf dieses Hotel, das eigene heiße Quellen besitzt. Welche Perle wir gefunden hatten, wurde uns aber erst nach und nach bewusst: Im Vorfeld suchte das Hotel schon den Kontakt, um Ernährungsgewohnheiten und Allergien abzuklären. Wir fanden hier zum ersten Mal in Japan Verständnis für vegetarische Ernährung. Wir hatten Halbpension. Die Mahlzeiten waren unvergleichlich, hätten sicher in einem Restaurant in Tokyo oder Osaka ein Vermögen gekostet. Es handelte sich um Kaiseki, ein Menu ähnlich Tapas: Viele verschiedenste Kleinigkeiten, sehr schön angerichtet und liebevoll serviert und erklärt. Überhaupt war der Service in diesem Hotel sehr, sehr persönlich und liebevoll, selbst der Hotel-Chef hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Der Onsen-Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit Innen- und Außenbecken unter Kirschbäumen. Hauseigene Pflegeprodukte stehen für Haare und Körper bereit. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt!
