9.0Mos of the facilities were good. Air conditioning, internet, dishing machines, toast, washing machine, fridge, all domestic cleaners. In the kitchen was all that you need. Also clean in overall. Good value for the money.
− Bed was not comfortable to sleep, not soft but very hard. And no fresh air at the bathroom. Location was not convenient for children. You have to park not near the house and walk 5 minutes not in a good road. Before parking, from the main road you have to drive in a too slope road, small cars may not make it. You couldn't do much near the area. You have to take the car a go at least 7 minutes away (like Sidari).
It was very nice house, place and area. We like countryside so it was nice for us.

10.0We had a wonderful time at Nios.It was clean,beautifully decorated ,with a breathtaking view and Oxana was so nice!

9.0All equipment was working, AC was strong and present in all rooms. The island had a power outage, we could find a gas cooker, the kitchen was well organized and well equipped. towels were changed during our stay. the property was very well structured to host a family with kids.
− neighbors have a (puppy?) dog, it was barking and making noises .... day and night

9.0The house provides a nice mountain view. The host is very helpful and the house is fully furnished.
− The mosquito net of the two windows in the living room cannot close properly, because there are some small rocks or mud between the gap. The bathroom is a little bit smelly.
