7.0We were advised on the day of arrival that we were being moved from a 2 bedroom apt to a 1 bed apt. This was due to a "leak" in the 2 bed. The apt itself was clean and well equipped, but it meant 1 of us had to sleep on the sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. Highly inconvenient when you're travelling with your 16 year old nephew. The apt was convenient for the Harry Potter studios and there was a sufficient amount of eateries close by.
− Being moved to 1 bed flat. Also there were excessive amounts of air fresheners plugged in around the apt. The smell was very overpowering. A security light outside was flashing on and off all night and there was load noise coming from a large vent/generator outside the bedroom window.

10.0Everything. Location was great, we were really comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped to cook our meals after long days of tourism. We were three adults and two kids and the flat did not feel crowded at all. We had some trouble to get the keys because we failed to understand the instructions given and they helped us immediately. They even gave us a welcome gift.10 out of 10.
