6.0The flat is really big, no neighbours around, nice view, good Wi-Fi. Responsive hosts.
− The flat is poorly maintained: bathroom is smelly, doors are noisy, so even though the appartment was planned to comfortly accomodate several people such things are disturbing. The sofa bed and the washing machine look really old and barely surviving. No roll-curtains in the living room, so it is not possible to sleep there. In fact the flat is on sale, so maybe the maintenance is not a priority for the hosts. No washing powder / dishwasher tablets, which is quite common in Petrovac (but not in Tivat!). Payed garage (why should I pay extra money for the space belonging to the flat?).
