Ok opphold, på nydelig gård med masse potensiale!
6.0Nydelig område! Basseng og andre aktiviteter var veldig bra. Terrassen med utsikt over området var det beste - her tilbrakte vi kveldene for å se solnedgangen - fantastisk! Vi fikk også en hyggelig velkomstpakke da vi kom, med vin og olivenolje fra gården - veldig godt!
− Det er ikke aircondition på soverommene, kun en i stue/kjøkken, og det kostet 1 euro pr. kw - kostbart. I tillegg fikk vi tre vifter på rommet vårt, hvor den ene ikke fungerte. Vi ba om å få bytte denne, og om det var mulig å få flere, men da sa de det kun var to vifter pr rom. Vi var 7 stykker i vår leilighet, så det var ikke særlig bra. Kjøkkenet var dårlig utstyrt. Vi manglet blant annet vaskeklut til å vaske kjøkkenbenkene og enkelte kjøkkenredskaper, vi måtte kjøpe inn oppvaskmiddel, tørkerull samt toalettrull, og andre basisvarer som salt. Hadde vært fint om slikt var tilgjengelig når man kommer langveisfra. Da vi sjekket ut hadde de sendt melding om at hvis det var noe som ikke fungerte i leiligheten ville de gjerne vite om det, men da vi sa i fra om at dusjdøren var noe løs og den ene gassbrenneren på ovnen ikke fungerte, virket de mer snurt og viste oss heller bilder av at vi hadde glemt å sette på oppvaskmaskinen før vi dro. Oppvaskmaskinen vasket heller ikke rent, så vi vasket stort sett alt for hånd. Veldig synd at restauranten var stengt.

8.0Posizione, bellissima vista. Immerso nel verde ed un po’ isolato. Ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. Possibilità di fare sport e barbecue.
− L’auto del personale di servizio che dí tanto in tanto passava all’interno del borgo. Capisco che magari non possano fare altrimenti. Peccato che il ristorante fosse chiuso.
Disappointing and unhelpful management
4.0Countryside and rustic buildings. Large, well-maintained pool area.
− Possibly had a change of management recently? The manager was a mix of incompetent and unhelpful. Did not follow through on any enquiries that were made. Property was under-maintained and there was a strong sewer smell from our bathroom. This was communicated to manager however no action was taken. The restaurant was closed indefinitely without notice to customers, and under-delivered on advertised services and facilities (minimal animals, no cooking classes available, no assistance given for booking experiences etc…)

− Piccola perdita in bagno che purtroppo non è stata sistemata durante il soggiorno, di conseguenza la doccia era impraticabile in quanto non scendeva acqua.

8.0Properly the most beautiful grounds in Toscany !! The view is amazing! The owners drive for making this place alive and magical is truly successful! Amazing gym and pool area - and great gaming room, basket and tennis - and big pool !
− Our hut was outdated inside with basic solutions missing , not suitable for kids/families - With a tiny renovation this can be turned around !
