10.0Questo è un hotel che potrebbe sembrare nella media, con stanze non grandissime e arredi un po' datati ma, ecco la sorpresa...il personale è talmente gentile, super professionale, attento alle tue esigenze da ospite, da farti sentire benissimo!!! Sempre disponibili e sorridenti capaci di risolvere ogni tuo piccolo disagio come se ti leggessero nel pensiero! Non posso che complimentarmi con tutto lo staff: il ristorante poca scelta ma i piatti abbondanti e molto buoni, servizio ottimo. Colazione meravigliosa: molte torte tutte fatte in casa. Bevande calde servite al tavolo ma fatte al bar (caffè e cappuccino come si deve!!!)

10.0Al di là del piacevole soggiorno, mi ha colpito la gentilezza e la professionalità della Direzione e di tutto lo staff,pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta e non è scontato..consiglio vivamente per soggiornare nell'affascinante Recanati.
Potrebbe decisamente migliorare
5.0Il punto di forza dell’albergo è lo staff, davvero gentile e accogliente. La posizione è ottima, centrale e con parcheggio dedicato della struttura. La colazione è nella norma.
− Le camere necessitano di essere ammodernate, il mobilio è datato e basterebbe poco per renderle più confortevoli. Ci sono anche pochissime prese. Le camere non sono insonorizzate, la mattina c’è davvero tanto rumore. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell’albergo, il menú con pochi piatti, dopo ordinato abbiamo aspettato per un’ora che ci arrivasse la pasta. La giustificazione è stata che si eran persi la comanda, errori che possono capitare. La pasta arrivata mediocre. Per scusarci ci avevano detto che avrebbero fatto uno sconto sul conto da pagare al check out… mai avvenuto! Peccato
