和風アンティークな趣がとても良かったです。
8.01600年代に建てられたという古民家の敷地内にあるお蔵をリノベーションしてあり、一階は驚くべき数の書籍が並んでいる本棚とリビング。 2階は布団3枚が敷ける畳の和室と 洗面所付きのトイレというメゾネットタイプの ゲストハウスです。 同じ敷地内にある母屋にはキッチンとシャワールームがあり、食材持ち込んで料理もできます。電子レンジ、トースター冷蔵庫、食器や鍋類も全て揃っています。 お目当ての食事処が休みだったため、コンビニで食事を買い込み、キッチンをお借りして無人販売で買った野菜を茹でたりして結果豪華なディナーにありつけました。 布団は清潔なふかふかの羽毛布団でよく眠れました。 コーヒーやお茶セットもあり不便はなかったです。 とても素敵な旅の思い出になりました。

7.0本棚の部屋は圧巻で、家族で思い思いに本をめくりながらゆとりあるひとときを過ごすことができました。
− あれだけの量の蔵書だと致し方ないのですが、空間全体が埃っぽく、一晩泊まって鼻や喉をやられました。決して手入れや掃除が行き届いていないということではなく、古本に囲まれた空間で過ごす以上避けられないことなのだと思います。
